GELATO

Our gelato is made by Palazzolo’s Artisan Gelato & Sorbetto in Fennville,MI which was founded by Marie Palazzolo and her son Pete in 1986.

Marilyn, our fabulous baker makes everything from our orange almond biscotti to our ruglelach, with mango macadamia muffins, chocolate chip oatmeal dried cherry pecan cookies, raspberry bars and snack mix in between.

COFFEE

Our coffee roaster is Link’s Sweet Bean, located in Wilmette, IL. Founded as an independent coffee shop, Link’s Sweet Bean supplies fresh roasted whole bean coffee to retail stores along the North Shore.

About

Two school friends Jill and Amy pursued their careers, raised their families
and then decided to start a business together. After much research and
brainstorming and many cups of gelato, coffee and tea, Jill and Amy came up
with the concept of a gelato shop and espresso bar specializing in locally
produced artisan foods.
